On-Demand Application Development with Salesforce.com

In summer 2005 the Heraeus management of the CMD division decided to replace the existing CRM solution by an on-demand CRM application. This application can be used enterprise wide and offers the possibility to display, with the help of significant management dashboards, the most important business indices for the global reporting.
