using the Example of a Community for Neurosurgeons (Brainlab AG)

At present, almost every new or redesigned business application is checked for realizability with platform-as-a-service or any other cloud technology. Thus, cloud computing is no longer a domain reserved to classical topics such as CMS. This article outlines the project "Community for Neurosurgeons" which is operated by Brainlab AG [QUE]. This real world example provides insight to recent developments in the field of platform applications.
